Board of Directors Meeting

These minutes are unofficial until approved by the board at the next meeting.

The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. on December 29th, 2011

Old Business

Previous Minutes
Motion to accept the minutes from the previous meeting passed (5-0).

New Business

2012 Budget:
We did not receive 51% of the unit owners voting either in person or by proxy to waive the fully funded reserves. The board voted (5-0) to approve the full reserve budget from the Budget Workshop. Maintenance will be $319/unit in 2012.

Restroom Doors at Pool:
The board voted (5-0) to have property manager research the code that would be applicable should we replace the restroom doors at the pool.
