Board Meeting - October 7th, 2008 at 7.pm.

The meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m.

Board Members in Attendance: Linda Walton, Gerri Miccio, and Jonathan Glassman

Bryan Mitchel's Van (Unit #23):

• Shannon was concerned about the boards decision, after the last meeting, not to re-label Mr. Mitchel's "owner" spot to 'guest'. No votes or action items resulted from the discussion.

New Business:

• Insurance Policys: Bob and Jim Lopker of Insurance Office of America (IOA) delivered a presenatation/proposal for us to switch from our current insurance company to IOA. The presentation includes policy-by-policy price quotes and comparisons in coverage and cost versus Wells Fargo, our current provider. The proposed insurance policies totalled $39,705.76. Wells Fargo's renewal quote was $49,500 before they received notification that there was competition for our business. After Wells Fargo was notified of competition they delivered counter-quotes all of which were still more costly than the IOA quotes but for less coverages.
  
  Note: Cobble East purchased the proposed policies through IOA at the end-date of our Wells Fargo contract.
