Annual Meeting - May 19th, 2008 at 7.pm.
The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m.
Board Members in Attendance: Linda Walton, Gerri Miccio, and Jonathan Glassman
Election of Officers:
On Monday, May 19th, 2008, the Annual Meeting of the association will be held at 7:00 pm, on the pool grounds of Cobble East Condominium, Oakland Park, Florida. The purpose of this meeting is to elect Directors for the coming year and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
Once again, there were a total of three persons seeking election to the Board of Directors and three seats to fill. As a result, and accoding to the Declaration of Condominium of Cobble East Condominium Association, Inc. and the laws of the State of Florida, there will be no election and the three members who chose to serve are hereby automatically elected for one year, commencing at the close of the annual meeting.
The following owners will serve as the Board of Directors for the upcoming year: Linda Walton, Gerri Miccio, and Jonathan Glassman
Old Business:
- Quad-M: Our mediation date is scheduled. Linda will attend the mediation as our representative.
New Business:
- Add Plants to Budget: We voted to add $100.00 to the budget for the purchase of (plants).
