Budget Meeting - December 3rd, 2007 at 7:00 pm.

The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m.

Board Members in Attendance: Linda Walton, Gerri Miccio, and Jonathan Glassman

New Business:

• 2008 Budget: The purpose of this meeting was for consideration of the Cobble East budget for the 2008 calendar year. The vote was to keep partial reserves and keep our monthly maintenance at $298 per unit or to fully fund reserves and to increase the monthly payment to $344. In total, there were 31 votes for partial reserves. There were no votes for full reserve, however the missing 16 votes were all counted as for full reserves (cause that is the law). The monthly maintenance will continue to be $298 in 2008.
• Thanks were announced to Mitch and Andrew for their work at beautifying our pool area.
• We discussed replacing the pool heater that has been broken for many years. We will discuss this further at the next board meeting to be scheduled sometime before the end of the year.
