Board Meeting - August 15th, 2007 at 7:00 pm.

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.

Board Members in Attendance: Linda Walton, Gerri Miccio, and Jonathan Glassman

Old Business:

• Roofs: The new roof installations are complete.
• Tree Trimming: The tree trimming is complete. It was noted by several residents (units 12 and 15) that the trees in their back-yards were not groomed. Linda will follow up with the landscaper.
• Inside hurricane repairs: Demolition is in progress for the units (31, 32, and 33) that had hurricane damage in building 'G'. Following the demolition, the contractors will treat for mold and install insulation. Once they have passed inspection on that work, they will hang the new drywall. The application will be filed for building 'F' permits.

New Business:

• Gutters: Phil is going to finalize the list of units that would like to have new gutters installed and will get back to unit owners with the final price for the installation sometime in the next few weeks.
• Rules and Regulations: The Rules and Regulations document has been updated and will be sent out to all unit owners. This will accompany a letter that re-states the rules which will be stictly enforced going forward.
• Katie: Phil to speak with our attorney tomorrow regarding next steps regarding Katie's violation of court order.

Insurance Discussion: We had an insurance agent in attendance at the meeting. He discussed all our options and will get us some rates.

Unit 34 Patio: The board approved the patio plan for unit 34. Linda signed the approval document.
