Board Meeting - January 9th, 2007 at 7:00 pm.

The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m.

Board Members in Attendance: Linda Walton, Gerri Miccio, and Nancy DeMartini

Old Business:

• Homeowner Votes Counted Regarding Reserves:
  • 21 Votes for Parial Reserves
  • 6 Votes for Full Reserves
  Full reserves are waived for 2007.
• Budget:
  • The budget, as presented, was passed unanimously.
  • The monthly maintenance will be $298 per unit per month in 2007.
• Special Assessment for Insurance:
  • The vote for a special assessment to cover increased insurance costs was passed.
  • The assessment of $400 per unit is due no later than April 1, 2007.
• Board Elections: Notification for new Board elections will be mailed out shortly.
