The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.

Board Members in Attendance: Linda Walton, Gerri Miccio, and Jonathan Glassman

Old Business:

• Insurance for Interior Hurricane Damage:
  • The insurance appraiser found all the pictures except for a few units. There are three units that will need to be accessed on Thursday. After that, the adjuster will compare against the estimates by Don at Quad M and will submit a final report to Jacksonville for finalization.
• Roofs:
  • Building H passed inspections and can have metal put down shortly. The stucko guys never showed up last week.
• Insurance:
  • Our insurance last year was $42,000 from Citizens. This was based on a valuation of $4.5 million. With the recent rate increases plus our recent appriasal, the cost of our insurance will be un the neighborhood of $102,000 for the period of October 2006 - October 2007. We can either have a special assessment, raise the maintenance, or some combination of the two in order to make up the difference. This will be voted on at our next meeting.
• Board Elections: Notification for new Board elections should gou out at the beginning of January or February.
