Board Meeting - November 8th, 2006 at 7:00 pm.

The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m.

Board Members in Attendance: Linda Walton, Gerri Miccio, Melanie Henderson, Jonathan Glassman and Nancy DeMartini

Old Business:

• Roofs:
  • The city inspectors have been going round-and-round with Detail Roofing. At this time, the city is requiring another architectural letter be approved before the metal panels can be installed.
• Interiors:
  • Quad M Construction filed a large report with the insurance company. An adjuster from Citizens will be on the property on Friday 11/10/2006 to go over the costs per item and to look at a select few units.
• Insurance:
  • Our insurance last year was $42,000 from citizens. With the increase in premiums this year, coverage for the same property value would cost us $67,000. We just had an appraisal done for $5.4 million, which is a higher valuation, so we will end up paying significantly more than that. This can happen as either an increase to our regular maintenance fee, or as an assessment to each unit. We will discuss how this will be paid for at our next meeting.
• Door Paint: Phil has ordered paint for Katie and Dennis' doors. It should arrive on Friday.
• Bulk Trash Pick-up: is on the first Tuesday of every month. We can put our trash out just north of the entrance, but not under the wires.
