Board Meeting - May 22nd, 2006 at 7.pm.
Official Business Conducted:
The board meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m with the following board members present: Linda Walton, Jonathan Glassman, Nancy DeMartini, and Gerri Miccio.
Roof Report:
The roof permits were submitted with two engineering letters and the city comments were that they needed two per building. The new engineering letters were acquired and submited to the city immediately afterwards. We are now just waiting on permits.
The insurance company decision was to pay for the full amount of the roof replacement based on the contracted repair price.
Katie:
Katie is still in violation of the terms of her court order. Gerri will be contacting our attorney to determine the next steps.
Perimiter Fence:
We are still waiting on the city to complete the structural review before permit will be issued.
Property Appraisal:
The board voted to have Phil order our property appaisal from Allied Appraisal. The cost is $2,200. This appraisal is required by our insurance company before they will renew our policy.
